Before you begin
How long does a framed portrait take?
Framed portraits have an estimated making time of 1–2 months. This is production time; delivery is separate.
Can you capture my pet’s unique markings?
Yes. Each portrait can include individual features such as markings, birthmarks and open-mouth expressions.
Which photos should I prepare?
Keep a clear front view at eye level, a few photos from other angles, and close-ups of the markings you want us to capture. See the photo guide for details.
Can I choose the frame and background?
Yes. Background and frame colors can be chosen to suit your preferences — tell us your choice when you order.
